I am loving the new apartment. Anything is better than where we were; however riding with hubby was fun. I loved the new places and all the sites I saw. It is time to buckle down and get to business.

In order to try an tame my ADD in terms of stress and feeling overwhelmed, I am uploading videos on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Mondays are for the vlog and answering questions on Askfm.

Wednesday are reaction days. I react to movie and Television show trailers. Any kind of trailer that get my attention or that you guys recommend. Any genre, which will be interesting if any romance is asked for, because that’s not my favorite genre.
Friday is going to be geeky news and game releases. I hope you will enjoy the new format.

The New Me?

Yup, I am at it again. Well, for the first time in seven years I am going back to the gym and fixing my food choices to loose weight and improve my health.

I have to start out slow. I do have bronchitis. This means to jogging, running, or really fast paced walking to start. I am going to start by doing the treadmill thing at 3.5 mph and then go up from there when I am used to the pace.
I am also doing a crunch challenge and looking to doing yoga for flexibility and more help with my breathing and lung capacity. I am thinking of finding an old workout from a while back.

I am still doing other things as well. I will be adding to the stories on this blog. Hang in there. I have to find a way to fit everything without feeling overwhelmed.
