Ah, tunnels…
Love them or hate them, they are everywhere. From everyday travel to near-death experiences, tunnels will forever be a part of our lives. Gephyrophobia is the term for an irrational fear of tunnels. Yeah, I had to look that one up.
The burning question is, “How am I going to tackle this one?”
Prompt: The tunnel is the only way out.
This one is short, VERY short. 🙂
“I don’t know, man. I don’t like the looks of this run.” Flashpoint shook her head and stepped away from the blueprints, “You’re telling me there’s only one way out if everything goes south?”
Pitbull nodded, “Yeah, it’s not optimum, but it is what it is. Besides, what’s your problem? You can just teleport out.”
Flashpoint sighed, “I am NOT leaving any of you behind, and I can’t blink people out with me. The last time I tried, I was in a coma for a week. I only use it on solo runs for intel gathering.”
She stepped forward and pointed to the exit strategy, “If the shit hits the fan and they know there’s only one way out, they can block both ends of this tunnel. What then?”
Pitbull smiled as he played with a pin from a grenade, “Oh, I can come up with something.”
