In order to combat my writer’s block due to fighting my mopes, I have decided to give writing prompts another shot.
So, I opened my email, and Writer’s Write had this eclectic mix of words with which to start a novel.
Louise and Edward were looking at the penguins in the exhibit while Toby tapped away at the laptop. They both turned toward him when he let out a string of curses.
“You haven’t figured out how to break into the server yet? I thought you said you could do this.”
Toby sighed, “I didn’t expect to have to reroute the signal so many times that my head spins because you guys thought hacking into it here would be a good idea. At this rate, I’d be better off in Thailand or looking for a recipe for chicken stew. It’s an older code and a pain in the ass to guess.”
That’s what I came up with for the prompt. Can you come up with anything?
